I've been meaning to address VOGUE's November 2009 issue... advising people to do their own hair color at home??? I will say this: CHEMICAL PROCESSES SHOULD BE DONE BY A PROFESSIONAL AND A PROFESSIONAL ONLY!!! Especially if you don't want to look like the models featured with the article (hints below). If the recession is slowing you down from your regular visit, please talk to your stylist to see what your options are. If not, you can cause more damage than you think.
